Please view the short Saint Anne School informational video in the “Why Saint Anne School?” section under “Admissions.”
For over 100 years, Saint Anne School has maintained its commitment to excellence by providing the highest quality, Catholic TK-8th grade education to every student. As a model Blended Learning School, all of our students receive personalized instruction to meet their individual needs. Within this model, students are involved in setting their own achievement goals and are able to take ownership of their progress. Teachers can more effectively differentiate instruction specific to the needs of each student and work with them in both individual and small group instruction.
Our outstanding faculty members hold either a teaching credential or master’s degree in education or related fields or are currently enrolled in a master’s degree program. Saint Anne School is fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and the Western Catholic Education Association (WCEA).
Saint Anne School provides a comprehensive TK-8 curriculum as stipulated by the Archdiocese of Los Angeles and according to both Common Core and California State Standards in Mathematics, English, Reading, Spelling, Social Studies, Science, Art, Music, Religion and Physical Education.
The curriculum at Saint Anne is truly data-driven. Faculty engage in a comprehensive analysis of data obtained from teacher assessment, STAR standardized testing, and the various adaptive softwares used at every grade level. Students are actively involved in personal goal setting and charting their progress towards these goals. Teachers use the analysis of this data to drive the curriculum. They determine areas of strength and for growth both for students individually and for the class as a whole and adjust methodology to provide differentiated instruction in order to meet the needs of each student.
